When did the Suasana project start development?

Suasana is BelVida Estates’ latest project that started in Q4-2022. We’re building on 15 years of experience in developing international standard quality villas under the management of our Project Director from the Netherlands.

Do your residences have Leasehold or Freehold?

Ownership of our land is based on a 30-year registered leasehold plus two extension options of 30 years. Freehold conversion is possible for Thai nationals within the first 30-year Leasehold period without additional fees paid to the developer, apart from the applicable taxes and registration fees.
